My clinic sits on 3rd Zamzama Commercial Lane in DHA Phase 5, a short walk from Zamzama Boulevard and about 1.3 km from Do Talwar in Clifton.
Zamzama Boulevard is a commercial road in Phase 5. It continues from Khayaban-e-Shaheen and ends at Do Talwar. The commercial area has its own numbered lanes, which differ from the usual DHA grid.
That layout matters on your first visit. Ask your driver for 3rd Zamzama Commercial Lane, not only for Zamzama. Zamzama Mall is roughly 300 metres away and Zamzama Park is under a kilometre to the south west.

Plan your route with the clinic
Clifton sits just west of Zamzama. Locals once called this shore Hawa Bandar, and it grew under British rule in the late 1800s. Most of Clifton reaches my clinic through Do Talwar.
Boat Basin is Clifton's late night food street. It is about 3.5 km from my lane, and Dr. Ziauddin Hospital's Clifton campus is close by.
Phase 6 lies south east of Zamzama. Khayaban-e-Shaheen and Khayaban-e-Bukhari link Bukhari Commercial to Phase 5, so evening visits are simple.
Phase 8 covers the creek side of DHA, including Creek Vista. Khayaban-e-Shaheen runs from there through Phases 6 and 5 towards Zamzama.
Saddar is Karachi's historic centre, home to Empress Market. Patients from there usually come via Abdullah Haroon Road and Khayaban-e-Iqbal.

The name Zamzama is shared with a famous cannon. Shah Nazir cast the Zamzama gun at Lahore in about 1757. It stands outside the Lahore Museum and appears in Kipling's novel Kim.
